The petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2019 in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. No. 449 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 420, 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in using illegal ATM cards and from his possession, Apache motorcycle was recovered but on demand, he did not produce the valid document in respect thereof. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody for more than five months, let him be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25, 000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
