JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that he was arrested in Chandi P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017 and in that case he confessed his guilt disclosing his involvement in the present case too.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that prior to institution of Chandi P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017, petitioner was made accused in only four cases but when he was arrested in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43617 of 2018 (2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 police remanded him in several cases which had been lodged against unknown persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Sessions Trial No. 104 of 2018 arising out of Chandi P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017.
