1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioners have renewed their prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Spl (NDPS) no.155 of 2024, arising out of Sikti P.S Case no.152 of 2024 registered under sections 8(c) and 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a total of 184.8 grams of smack was recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 11.4.2025 (Annexure-P/1) passed in Cr. Misc. no. 1649 of 2025 giving liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail on completing one year in custody. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74483 of 2025(2) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 petitioners have remained in custody for over a year since 8.10.2024. They undertake to cooperate in the trial.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioners in the F.I.R, liberty granted to the petitioners by the aforesaid order dated 11.4.2025 (Annexure-P/1) and the petitioners having remained in custody for more than a year since 8.10.2024, both the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Spl (NDPS) no.155 of 2024, arising out of Sikti P.S Case no.152 of 2024 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S Act, Araria.
