2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 11.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64344 of 2023.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the trial charge has been framed. The petitioner is in jail since 23.01.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Barari (Semapur) police station on 1st Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
