JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-08-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 24.5.2018 seeks bail in Sadar PS Case No. 349 of 2018 registered under Sections 5(1)(A)(B)(C)(D) of P.I.T.A. Act.

Accusation is that the police apprehended the petitioner along with a call girl from hotel room, several other persons were also apprehended from other rooms.

Contention of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was apprehended merely on suspicion as the said girl is his friend and the girl refused for medical examination, he has been in custody since 24.5.2018 and similarly situated other co-accused was granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 43331 of 2018. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Manjit Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar PS Case No. 349 of 2018.
