The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No. 230 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the father of deceased, who lodged a complaint petition before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, which was subsequently referred to the police under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. giving rise to police case in which it has been alleged that the marriage of daughter of informant was solemnized with accused No.1 but they started torturing her for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry and subsequently informant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45782 of 2018(2) dt.27-07-2018 2/2 came to know that daughter has been murdered and her body has been concealed. Petitioner is neither the family member nor the relative with the family of deceased. He was co-villager and was present when the informant came to the matrimonial house of his daughter. There is nothing against him and he has no criminal antecedents and is in custody since 30.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan, in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No. 230 of 2013.
