JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.09.2023 passed in CWJC No. 15225 of 2022, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad has already passed a reasoned order dated 06.11.2023, whereby and whereunder while some arms licenses have been cancelled, others have been kept intact.

This Court finds that neither there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner nor any rejoinder has been filed to rebut the aforesaid submissions advanced by the learned counsel for
Patna High Court MJC No.3262 of 2023(4) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 the opposite parties, hence this Court has no reasons to disbelieve the factum of the order of this Court dated 19.09.2023 passed in CWJC No. 15225 of 2022 having stood complied with.
