2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Puwakhali P.S. Case No. 32 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the deceased is said to have killed for demand of dowry.

4. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The police after investigation has exonerated the other family members and charge-sheeted the petitioner. The deceased died within four months of her marriage. The petitioner is in jail since 01.06.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80499 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also the seriousness of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
