The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
