2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 323, 342, 324, 307, 353, 283, 224 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Vikram Kumar and Abhishek Kumar. It is further submitted that no case under Sections 353 & 307 of the I.P.C. is made out against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the anticipatory bail petition.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79746 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 as well as clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 810 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
