2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 03.03.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 59952 of 2021 .

3 . The trial court report dated 31.01.2025 received from Exclusive special Court NDPS No. 2 Civil Court Patna in connection with NDPS Case No. 173 of 2020 arising out of Economic Offence PS Case No. 10 of 2020, reveals that in this case , out of 11 charge-sheeted witnesses, 8 witnesses have already been examined by the prosecution and the case is pending for examination of rest of the witnesses.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81730 of 2024(4) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 since petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2020, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
