The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with C-III 227 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 . Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of more than 200 ltrs. of liquor from the field situated in front of the house of the petitioner. Apart from that he is accused in two similar type of cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his house or from his possession and he has been falsely implicated in this case and in other cases he is on bail. He is in custody since 12.9.2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge IInd cum Special Judge, Siwan in connection with C-III-227/2019. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
