This application for regular bail arises out of Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2019, disclosing the offence under Sections 363, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code. It is stated on behalf of the petitioner as well as the informant that the alleged victim is living in the petitioner's house as his wife and they have married each other. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the statement of the alleged victim, recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., does not appear to be giving the correct picture of real facts.

Be that as it may, considering the facts and

Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Danapur, Patna in Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2019.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/ Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
