JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Following in the relief, which the petitioner is seeking in this writ application : - "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs directing the respondents authorities to hand over the vacant possession of the house situated over Municipal plot no.211, new Municipal plot no.2379 under khata no.1768 at Mohalla Karansarai Ward No.2, Sasaram which is under occupation of civil court Sasaram and further respondent be directed to pay the arrears of rent as well as current rent of the premises in question and or to grant any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
