JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with paliganj P.S. Case No. 324 of 2019, dated 30.08.2019, instituted for the offences under Section 354 (A)(B) and (C) of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioners is, accordingly, rejected.
