The present application has been preferred for: issuance a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any writ or writs, order or orders to the respondent no.2 (the District Magistrate, Patna) for direction to the respondents no.7 and 8 to ensure the payment of Rs.20 Lakhs +12% interest from the year 2011 and also Rs. five lakhs for mentally, physically and economi -cally harass the petitioner, failing which through the made processes attachment the property of the respondent no. 7 and 8 and also

Patna High Court CWJC No.2046 of 2023(3) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 directed the respondent no.6 to lodge a F.I.R. against the Officers of Managing Committee, East Ashok Nagar Sahkari, Grih Nirman Sahyog Samiti Lid, Kankadbag Patna.

3. On 06.09.2024, two weeks' time was granted to remove the defect.

4. As the same was not removed and it being a peremptory order, the case stands dismissed on 20.09.2024.
