2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 353, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003.

3. As per F.I.R., a raid was conducted in the house of named accused persons, who were availing the electricity in unauthorized manner by hooking in the L.T. line and it is alleged that during course of raid, the accused persons named in the FIR and 10 unknown persons came and started abusing and assaulting members of raiding team. They also snatched the bill printing machine and caused hindrance to them in discharge of official duty. Besides this, petitioner has also got one criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
