Petitioner is in custody in connection with Pawana P.S. case No. 12 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has opened fire on Ram Ayodhya Yadav. He submits with reference to injury report that Ram Ayodhya Yadav has not sustained any fire arm injury.

Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2018 and the person against whom it is alleged that petitioner has opened fire has not sustained any fire arm injury, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36131 of 2018(3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Pawana P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018.
