Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. case No. 157 of 2018 25 (1-B)a, 26(3), 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 14.08.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. cum Sub-Judge,10th, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018.
