Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jamalpur GRPS Case No. 106 of 2017 for the offence under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.12.2017.
The case was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of coaccused. He further submits that co-accused Rafi Ahmad Raza @ Jami was granted bail by the court below.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36296 of 2018(3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 29.12.2017 and he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kiul, in connection with Jamalpur G R P P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017.
