The petitioner, who is in custody since 21.08.2019, seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25[1-b]a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Though the petitioner has not been named in the FIR but his name has transpired in the confession of one Jai Prakash. The aforesaid Jai Prakash has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70029 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that all the earlier cases were lodged against the petitioner at the instance of one Uma Nand Singh with whom he is on litigating terms. In all these cases in which the petitioner was made accused, he has been granted bail.

Considering the aforestated facts and period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shushri Nutan Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019.
