1. Heard the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner assails the order passed by the B.I.A.D.A. dated 19.11.2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order has been passed without following the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1153 of 2023(2) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 principles of natural justice and therefore she has approached this Court directly.

4. In view of this Court, under Section 6(2)(a) of the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority Act, 1974, against the impugned order, the appeal would lie to the State Government, where the petitioner may take up all arguments made before this Court.

5. If the petitioner files such an appeal before appropriate authority, the same shall be decided within a period of four months by a speaking order.

6. With aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of.
