Patna High Court CWJC No.2674 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition to avail his remedy by way of filing fresh representation before the Collector of the district annexing all the documents as well as copy of the writ petition in which the opponent of the petitioners has already lost his right.

Liberty granted.

Petitioner is directed to file representation before the Collector, Madhepura within six weeks along with copy of this order and Collector of the district is directed to pass a fresh order on his representation within ten weeks thereafter by way of speaking and reasoned order.
