The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No.48 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 379, 384, 386, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per First Information Report, allegation has been made that the informant has purchased a plot of land, when he has gone for construction of boundary wall, accused persons came there and stopped the construction work. They have told that it is their land and they have purchased the same land and later on they have demanded money to allow him for construction. From the perusal of the case diary it appears that certain

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37323 of 2018 (4) dt.24-07-2018 2 /2 persons have created syndicate and modus operandi to create document for claim as well as he used to demand extortion money for allowing them to make construction. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
