2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that by order dated 08-10-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69252 of 2024, the petitioner was granted regular bail. It has further been submitted that one criminal antecedent which is not of similar nature was left to be mentioned in paragraph-3 of the main petition of Cr. Misc. No. 69252 of 2024 which was detected later on. Due to observation made in paragraph-6 of the order dated 08-10-2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 69252 of 2024 and its analogous cases, the petitioner could not file bail bonds in the court below.

3. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80379 of 2024(2) dt.16-12-2024 2/2 circumstances, paragraph-6 of the order dated 08-10-2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 69252 of 2024 is, hereby deleted.

4. It appears that due to typographical error, in paragraph-4 of the said order, it has wrongly been mentioned that "the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents". Let the same be treated to be rectified and the same be read as "the petitioner has one criminal antecedent, which is not of similar nature and the petitioner is on bail in that case".

5. Accordingly, the present modification application stands allowed.
