JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the informant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 170 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 370, 371, 374, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation, in brief, is that the informant's sister as domestic help engaged in the house of the petitioner, was assaulted and cruelty was committed to her and for last twenty months no remuneration was paid to her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a fact that the informant's sister was engaged as domestic help but

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47690 of 2018(2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 on account of dispute relating to payment of wages, false implication was made and absence of any injury on person of the domestic help is indicative by this fact. The petitioner has been in custody for more than two months.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 170 of 2018. to the satisfaction of the Sub- Judge-XVI cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
