2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation annexing all the relevant documents before the respondent no.3 (The District Magistrate Cum Collector, Aurangabad).

If the petitioner files the representation before the respondent no.3 (The District Magistrate Cum Collector, Aurangabad), the respondent no.3 (The District Magistrate Cum Collector, Aurangabad) is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
