1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(1), 109, 74, 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman aged about 19 years and the informant alleges that 12 accused persons including the petitioner came and assaulted his son Vikash and Vibhash along with his grandson Vishal by axe and sword causing injury on head and also took away Rs.40,000/- and two gold chain.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75938 of 2025(2) dt.18-12-2025 2/2 petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioner rather the allegation against her is general and omnibus in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is a woman aged about 19 years, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No.67/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) B.N.S.S.
