JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that an unknown miscreant snatched the mobile phone of the informant from the charging point at the railway station.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, nor his name has been disclosed by the accused person who was caught on the spot. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that stolen mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the stolen mobile phone was
