The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No.157 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that there is a case and counter case and the injury caused by the petitioner on the head of the informant was found simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Gopalganj in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No.157 of 2019 subject to the
