Petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 74 of 2019 arising out of Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 497 of 2019 for the offence under section 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Allegation against these petitioners is that on seeing police they have thrown Puriya containing brown sugar. Learned counsel submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 74 of 2019 arising out of Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 497 of 2019.
