The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 193 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant in his written complaint has stated that on 08.12.2017 at about 7:55 P.M. he was going to his friend's residence by motorcycle and parked the motorcycle near his house and when he returned he found the motorcycle to be stolen. FIR was instituted against unknown. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45190 of 2018(2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 confessional statement made by one co-accused Amresh Kumar @ Bhuletan Singh and except this confessional statement no incriminating material is against the petitioner. He is in custody since 16.04.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Industrial Area P.S. Case No.193 of 2017.
