Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.225 of 2017, registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25(1-b) a/26 II/35 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 20.02.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.4101 of 2018 with an observation to renew the prayer of bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now charge has been framed by order dated 19.06.2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Binod Sahni is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45193 of 2018(2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.225 of 2017.
