The petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2019 in connection with G.O. Case No. 151 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from his conscious possession but from the house of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let
