ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2018 in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.54 of 2018, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and also under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is named in the FIR, the allegation as against him is that he had fired on some persons and there is no repetition of firing by the present petitioner so as to cause injury to any persons on the side of the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner has a clean antecedent and, therefore, he deserves the privilege of bail. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of
