2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 134 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing a six year old boy after kidnapping him.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 29.4.2024.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the trial only two witnesses have been examined.

6. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner and in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of X Vs. State of Rajasthan

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79671 of 2024(2) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 and Anr. reported in 2024 SCC OnLine SC 3539, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
