2. Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 19.10.2022.

3. Trial court's report dated 23.12.2023 reflects that out of 10 charge sheet witnesses, only 3 witnesses have been examined and the case is fixed for evidence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.5.2020 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

5.
