2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Medni Chowki P.S. Case No. 183 of 2024 instituted under Section 30 (a), 32 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.
3. As per the prosecution case, total 55 litres of illicit country made liquor was recovered from near Paharpur Ring Bandh of Kinchule River.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is recovery made from an open place which has no concern with the petitioner as he was not present at the place of occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation of the present case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-Vth-cum-Special Excise Court 2nd, Lakhisarai, in connection with Medani Chowki P.S. Case No. 183 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
