JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by means of lathi but injuries found on the person of informant are simple in nature. Moreover, there appears to be case and counter case between the parties and petitioner is in jail custody since 12.07.2019.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Kaimur
