2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"for initiation of contempt proceeding against them who have deliberately violated the order passed by the Hon'ble Court vide order
Patna High Court MJC No.3623 of 2025(5) dt.03-04-2026 2/2 dated 08.04.2024 in CWJC No. 7469 of 2016."
3. A show-cause has been filed and acknowledging the fact the land of the petitioner has been used, the opposite parties offered compensation amount.
4. The stand of the petitioner is that the same is not acceptable to him.
5. In that background, allowing the petitioner to agitate the matter by filing a proper petition, MJC No. 3623 of 2025 stands disposed of.
