This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents authorities for making payment of arrears of salary for the period since 01.121995 to 28.12.1995 for which the order has been passed and for the period since 29.12.1996 to 27.03.1996 during which period the petitioner was on medical leave which was on medical leave which was sanctioned and hence he is entitled for the payment of salary for the aforesaid period and for salary for salary since 28.03.1998 to 05.10.1999 as he was discharging his duties as an Assistant Teacher and other reliefs.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation before the District Education Officer Saran at Chapra (Respondent No. 6) with all the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from today.

4. If such, representation is filed by the petitioners within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 6 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation .
