2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(c) and 32(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 3000 Kg of Nausadar tablets were recovered from a pick-up van of which this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, huge quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the vehicle in question, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
