Patna High Court MJC No.3256 of 2023 dt.23-08-2024 2/2 file the present MJC/Contempt Petition in the month of November, 2023. The respondents have complied on 02.07.2024 belatedly. Resultantly, they have committed contempt.

2. Be that as it may, having regard to the fact that grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by passing a detailed order on 02.07.2024, which has been placed on record at Annexure- R/B to the show cause filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No. 4.

3. Having regard to the above facts and circumstances, proceeding of the present MJC/Contempt Petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 02.07.2024 in accordance with law. For belated compliance of orders of this Court and there is no application for extension of time in the original order or review petition has been filed to modify the time limit stipulated. Therefore, petitioner is entitled to litigation cost of Rs. 3,000/-. Cost shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
