JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalganj Excise Case No. 03 of 2011, disclosing offence under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation of recovery of 30 liters of liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the house is joint house and she has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail before the learned court below, the same shall be considered on its own
