2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 06.03.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 137 of 2017 for the offence alleged under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by order dated 09.10.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 38355 of 2017.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
