2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 64 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased has died in her parent's house. The allegation is that the petitioner had visited his Sasural and when he left, the deceased was found dead.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that viscera report is pending. The petitioner is in jail since 17.02.2023 and he has clean antecedent.
