JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State assisted by learned counsel appearing for the informant through video conferencing.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bath P.S. Case No.16/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,201 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act. The husband of the informant was killed by some unknown persons and having got the aforesaid information, she lodged the present case expressing her doubt against FIR named accused Murlidhar Jha but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner surfaced in this case and it also came to light that one Fantush Kumar @ Banti including the petitioner having taken contract of killing executed the deceased.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70236 of 2019(3) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner. Accordingly, this petition stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Prakash Narayan /- U T
