JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P. S. Case No. 143 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 IPC. Petitioner happens to be the Bhaisur of the deceased. Case is of dowry death.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner. He is residing with his family at Gowahati. He is in custody for more than 03 months. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-

No.70109 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur, in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.
