Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018 (G.R. Case No.219 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489-A, 489-B, 489-C and 489-D of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against petitioner is recovery of 32 pieces of hundred rupees counterfeit Indian currency notes from the possession of the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.03.2018. It has been further
