JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that except confessional statement of co-accused Deepak Kumar, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner and the aforesaid co-accused Deepak Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65348 of 2019.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
